in English review articles or monographs, on all aspects of physics.
All papers go through an international refereeing system.

To ensure portability between the different installations and systems used,
it is highly recommended that authors keep in mind the following restrictions:
1) Word, Wordperfect files should be encoded with public encoding software
such as uuencode (for Dos and Unix) and binhex (for Macintosh).
Large files should be compressed and/or archived before encoding, using public
software such as gzip or tar.
2) TeX/LaTeX files may be transmitted as encoded files or as simple e-mail
files. In the latter case, line length should not exceed 80 characters and accented
characters should be avoided, i.e., only plain ASCII files with printable characters
(codes between 32 and 126) should be sent. Only files that can be typeset with
standard format and classical fonts (CM or AMS fonts), without using too personalized
style sheets, are acceptable.
3) Graphics such as figures, schemes, etc., should be in separate files. Most
package for creating them will allow you to choose a format in which to
save your file. TIFF (Tagged Image File Format), PICT, Postscript, Encapsulated
Postscript formats are preferred. Figures incorporated into Word files
are also acceptable. Large files should be compressed and/or archived
with public software, then encoded.
*** Please note that files typeset using the software applications Word, Wordperfect,
MacWrite and plain ASCII (text-only) need partial retyping. Consequently, proofs
should be checked very carefully against the original manuscript. ***
