We present the first results of a study combining electron diffraction analysis and Raman resonance excitation profile on the identical, suspended single wall carbon nanotube. Both methods give access to the diameter of the tube, which allows cross-checking. The characterization of the tube is completed by the determination of the transition energy Eii, and the chirality, allowing a precise comparison with theoretical models.
