Spin Glass Dynamics in Semimagnetic Semiconductors
Groupe de Physique des Solides, CNRS URA 17, Universités Paris 6 et Paris 7, Tour 23, 2 place Jussieu, 75251 Paris Cedex 05, France
Magnetooptic methods have been used to study the critical
dynamics in concentrated compounds
. The
occurrence of a spin glass phase transition at finite
has been characterized by
the observation of the dynamic scaling laws: An unique scaling function with
identical critical exponents whatever the Mn composition support the existence
of universality among these spin glasses. The critical dynamic behavior is very
similar to that found in insulating Ising spin systems.
